Terms of service

These terms apply to minisforumeu.com and purchases from the MINISFORUM EU Store. We are a reseller. For purchases here, we remain responsible as your seller for applicable consumer rights and the promises we make, including when a manufacturer or service provider assists.

Product information and specific conditions presented before purchase form part of your order. Review the model, configuration, condition, quantity and delivery information, including any purchase limits. Available payment methods and the total payable amount, including applicable taxes and disclosed shipping charges, appear before you order. Optional charges require your agreement. You must be authorised to use your chosen payment method and have legal capacity to purchase.

We take reasonable care over prices, stock and product information. If a material error affects an order, we will explain it and discuss options. We will not increase an agreed price, substitute a product or reduce an agreed quantity without your agreement. Corrections and cancellations remain subject to law.

We may request information reasonably needed to verify payment or investigate suspected fraud. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will tell you promptly. Cancelling an accepted order requires a lawful basis or your agreement; stock issues, pricing errors or business changes do not give us an unrestricted right to cancel.

For a lawful or agreed cancellation, we refund amounts due for the cancelled items and associated charges without unnecessary delay, as required by law. We will not require store credit instead of a monetary refund you are entitled to receive.

To change or cancel an order, email your order number to kmeu@minisforum.com promptly. We will check whether changes or stopping dispatch remain possible. Dispatch does not remove applicable withdrawal, non-delivery, defect or published return rights.

For EU consumer deliveries we arrange, transit risk stays with us until you or your nominated recipient other than the carrier takes physical possession. If you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer, the statutory exception may transfer risk on handover to that carrier, without affecting your rights against it.

Tell us promptly about delays, missing parcels, damage or incorrect goods. Photos and tracking help our investigation. A “delivered” scan, missed immediate inspection or short reporting deadline does not by itself remove statutory rights.

You can exercise applicable statutory rights directly against us. Depending on the law and circumstances, remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination and refund. Voluntary deadlines, inspection procedures and commercial warranties do not shorten these rights or require you to use a manufacturer's warranty instead.

Separately agreed business terms apply where relevant. Whether you are a consumer depends on the purchase's purpose and applicable law, not simply a policy label or the number of items ordered.

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Minors should involve a parent or guardian as required by law. Do not commit fraud, impersonate others, introduce malware, disrupt the site, access systems without permission or manipulate reviews. Honest criticism and good-faith complaints are allowed.

Keep account details current and protect passwords and sign-in codes. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Activity through an account is not automatically treated as authorised, and you are not automatically liable for every associated loss; responsibility follows applicable law.

We may take proportionate steps to protect accounts, investigate fraud, address serious breaches or comply with law. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Access restrictions do not remove rights relating to existing orders, refunds or warranties.

Website text, images, trademarks, software and other materials belong to their respective owners. You may view, download or print materials made available for personal use, internal evaluation, purchase, setup and product use, and keep order documents and applicable terms.

Without permission or a legal exception, do not republish, sell, commercially exploit or systematically extract protected content, remove ownership notices or imply an unauthorised association. Software may have separate licences. Lawful interoperability, open-source and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

Third-party websites, payment providers and manufacturer services have their own terms and privacy notices. Links do not mean we operate those sites. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as your seller.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and your choices. Opening an account, ordering or accepting these terms is not consent to optional marketing or non-essential tracking. Where consent is required, we obtain it separately. Unsubscribe through an email link or by contacting us. Necessary order and account messages may continue.

The website may need maintenance or experience interruptions or errors. This does not change an agreed product description, accepted order, warranty or other commitment.

Liability follows applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and mandatory product liability. Website availability statements do not disclaim product quality or conformity.

Updates do not retrospectively reduce existing order rights, shorten warranties or change agreed prices or products. Changes to an existing contract require your agreement or another lawful basis, with any required notice and rights. Continued browsing alone does not accept changes to an existing purchase.
