Beyond the hardware specifications, Red Dot's official entry highlights the UM780 XTX's compact construction, thermal design, front lighting effects, interchangeable magnetic pattern design and broad connectivity. The jury also called attention to its rounded appearance and overall visual character.

The second award-winning model, the UM773 Lite, is powered by the AMD Ryzen™ 7 7735HS with 8 cores / 16 threads and Radeon™ 680M integrated graphics.

Red Dot's official entry focuses on more than hardware performance. It highlights the compact and restrained design language, the wavy surface with metallic detailing, USB4 connectivity, thermal performance, low-noise operation and the way the system fits naturally into an everyday desktop environment.

The UM773 Lite also retains practical upgrade options, including DDR5 SO-DIMM memory, M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD storage and an additional 2.5-inch SATA storage bay.

It reflects a simple design principle: compact design does not have to mean reduced usability. Size, appearance, connectivity, cooling and upgradeability all need to work together in the same small system.
